🔁 Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are usually issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product used or damaged by the customer

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect

  • In case of damaged or wrong items, Fahadify will cover the return cost
